The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training is provided and tasks are defined with moderate supervision.

Candidate should be comfortable using basic computer systems and FedEx PScan software. This position offers job stability with benefits typical for warehouse roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to use PC and/or RF-based systems.
• Familiarity with FedEx shipping software (PScan).
• Must be prompt and detail oriented.
• Load - T-stacking and CAN inspection certifications may be required.
• Strong teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages onto/off trailers by scanning, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs.
• Read labels, verify numbers, and follow work instructions to meet productivity metrics.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, unpacking, and detrashing shipments.
• Attend safety meetings and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist in orientation of new hire package handlers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
