Job summary

FedEx is seeking a warehouse associate in Needham, MA to move packages and documents safely and efficiently. This is a non-driving, full-time role involving scanning, loading, and supporting supply operations in a busy, noisy environment.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, maneuver heavier items with equipment, climb stairs or ladders when required, and complete all basic and recurrence training. Applicants must be able to work full shift hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with equipment or assistance.
• Able to walk and stand for designated work hours.
• Able to bend and squat for designated work hours.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders if required at work location.
• Able to work in all weather conditions if required at work location.
• Able to communicate effectively in a noisy operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides movement of packages, documents, dangerous goods and/or supply support in a timely, safe and efficient manner through effective scan/load methods.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
