MediaTek is seeking a proactive, skilled Package Development/NPI Engineer who will drive advanced package technologies from initial development through to mass production (MP). The position encompasses close collaboration with internal cross‑functional teams, external partners, Foundries, OSATs, substrate vendors and customers to deliver cutting-edge packaging solutions for automotive, datacenter/HPC, and computing applications. The candidate will help bridge the development and manufacturing phases, ensuring robust New Product Introduction (NPI), successful ramp‑up, and the transfer into MP. This role requires deep technical acumen and strong cross‑functional teamwork, as well as ownership and drive for effective execution.
The Package Development/NPI Engineer will be responsible for driving advanced package technologies from initial development through to mass production (MP).
Salary range: $180,000 - $301,000. Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
