Job summary

The role emphasizes strong communication and proactive coaching to sustain peak performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), the ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexible availability to cover up to five days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Provides leadership and cultivates relationships across all levels of personnel.
• Implements employee development plans and ensures effective orientation and coaching.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures and supports continual improvement.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
