Job summary

UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance, while maintaining high standards for productivity and customer service. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

The position requires managing resources, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. A background in fast-paced warehouse environments and experience in supervision are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent – Preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Management experience – Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, in compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and continual improvement.
• Implements employee development plans to support growth.
• Ensures orientation, skills and safety training, and regular evaluations for department personnel.
