Job summary

UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance, setting high standards for accuracy, organization, customer service, and teamwork across the operation.

You will develop and train staff, ensure compliance with policies, and promote a positive, collaborative work environment. The role requires the ability to lift 70 lbs, flexible shifts up to five days per week, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; prior management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience - Preferred.
