UPS is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee warehouse teams, drive safety and productivity, and develop staff. You will train employees, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with management to maintain high standards of accuracy and service.

The role requires leadership, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexible shifts and physical capability to lift 70 lbs. up to 32 kgs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven management experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs and work flexible shifts.

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups focused on safety, production and attendance.
• Establishes high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service and organization.
• Maintains relationships with employees, management, and customers.
