Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication with knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, and comply with department, station, corporate and local requirements.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
• Implements personal development plans to support ongoing growth of department personnel.
• Ensure orientation, training, materials, evaluations, and coaching for all department staff.
