Job summary

UPS is hiring to supervise and develop workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance in a dynamic warehouse setting. The role emphasizes reliability, process improvement, and cross-functional communication to meet organization goals.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, ability to lift 70 lbs, and strong verbal/written communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and flexibility for up to 5 days of shifts are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days/week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
• Implement employee development plans to support growth.
• Provide orientation and ongoing safety training to staff.
