UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance while maintaining high standards across the operation. You will lead workgroups, drive productivity, and foster effective collaboration with staff at all levels.

The role emphasizes developing employees, ensuring compliance with policies, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, in full compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and continuous improvement.
• Implements personal development plans to ensure ongoing growth of department personnel.
• Ensures employees receive orientation, training, and regular evaluations.
