Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance, fostering a high-performing team. You will set standards for productivity, accuracy and customer service while building strong relationships across the organization.

Key requirements include lifting up to 70 lbs, flexible shifts, and excellent communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior management experience are preferred to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities
