Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days a week.
• Strong oral and written communication; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety.
• Provides leadership and builds relationships across all levels.
• Manages department resources for maximum output and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
• Implements employee development plans for continued growth.
• Ensures safety training and orientation for all employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures.
