UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a capable supervisor to lead and develop workgroups focused on safety, productivity, and attendance. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and maintaining high standards across departments.

You will foster a collaborative, proactive environment, implement development plans, and ensure compliance with safety policies, while coordinating with management to optimize resources and performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent — Preferred.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in management is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
