Fastenal Co. in Houston, TX is seeking a Full-time Manufacturing Packing & Shipping associate. The role involves moving product, assembling shipping containers, and loading products onto trucks at the TX280 facility.

It offers a 2:00pm–10:30pm shift and potential schedule flexibility after onboarding and performance goals are met. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, math, and organizational skills, plus forklift and shipping/receiving experience.
