Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Denton, TX is seeking Part-time Packaging associates to support the fast-paced distribution center by packaging orders, weighing products, and ensuring accuracy while keeping the work area clean and organized.

Shifts run Mon–Fri 7:00am–5:00pm, with 20–28 hours per week. This entry-level role offers onboarding, safety training, and a path toward longer-term employment within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Proficient written and oral communication skills.

• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks over long periods of time.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs.
