Job summary

Alene Candles is seeking a Pack Out Line Lead to supervise the production line in Milford, NH. This hands-on leadership role coordinates training, monitors quality and efficiency, tracks downtime, and supports equipment setups to meet daily production schedules on the 2nd shift.

You will champion 5S, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a safe, respectful team environment while guiding line operators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing environment; prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read manufacturing procedures and to compute basic math for production data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all production line operators to meet daily goals.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for new pack-out team members.
• Monitor quality and efficiency, track downtime, and assist with machine setups.
