Job summary

Alene Candles is seeking a Pack End Lead on SECOND shift at our Milford, NH location. This full-time, on-site role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a $25.00/hour rate (plus 1.00/hour shift differential).

Work hours are 3:15pm–1:15am, Monday–Thursday, with potential overtime during busy seasons. Responsibilities include leading production lines, ensuring safety and quality, and coordinating with technicians to maintain production levels.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to understand quality control methods.
• Ability to use various machines and practical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all production line operators.
• Maintain clean work environment and follow 5S guidelines.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervision.
• Coordinate with Pack Technician & material handlers to meet production goals.
• Perform data entry and quality inspections as required.
