Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Regional Director to lead operations across airports in the Northwest region. You will oversee salaried team members, drive customer service and security excellence, and develop leaders across multiple locations.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on operational discipline to achieve KPI targets and business outcomes. Travel ~75% and regulatory compliance are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio across airports, sports & events.
• Set goals and strategies to drive KPIs for security, service, and sales.
• Inspire and develop leaders and ambassadors.
• Build relationships with Airport Leadership, TSA, Contractors, Vendors, and CLEAR teams.
• Ensure policy and compliance with regulatory requirements; escalate issues as needed.
• Identify gaps and best practices to resolve operational challenges.
• Partner with public affairs for civic engagement opportunities.
