Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee land-based freight transportation operations across the Indo-Pacific AOR.
• Evaluate carriers and provide recommendations based on cost, capacity, and risk.
• Monitor carrier performance and ensure compliance with safety and contractual requirements.
• Develop transportation plans, routing strategies, and contingency options.
• Coordinate with pilots, port captain, site teams, and subcontractors for multimodal transport.
• Support development of transportation procedures and cost analyses.
• Provide operational guidance on land transport to leadership.
