Job summary

Leidos Defense in Hawaii seeks an experienced Business Operations Manager to support the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) program. You will coordinate PMO business operations, integrating financial management, contracts, staffing, risk, and program controls to deliver cost, schedule, and performance visibility.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's with 8+ years (or a Master’s with 6+ years), experience with DoD programs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant program management experience; or a Master's with 6+ years.
• Experience supporting business operations for a large, complex Government program.
• Experience with program financial management, forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis, and performance reporting.
• Experience coordinating across Finance, Contracts, Subcontracts, HR, Staffing, Resource Management, or other program support functions.
• Experience monitoring cost, schedule, performance, risks, and program dependencies.
• Experience developing and presenting program status, financial, and performance information to leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple priorities across concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PMO business operations supporting ILS2 program execution.
• Monitor cost, schedule, staffing, and program performance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Contracts, Subcontracts, HR, and other functions.
• Integrate program information to support forecasting, planning, and government reporting.
• Monitor program financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variances.
• Support development and maintenance of program plans, reports, and PMO artifacts.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and coordinate resolutions with leads.
• Support recurring program reports and government briefings.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support program reviews and governance with leadership and stakeholders.
