Job summary

Leidos in Aiea, HI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex logistics, sustainment, and mission-support projects supporting SOCPAC.

The role requires PMP, 8+ years of PM experience, DoD/logistics background, and security clearance; you will coordinate government customers, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of project management experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years leading complex DoD, federal, or defense industry programs involving logistics, sustainment, engineering, manufacturing, or technical services.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects within large IDIQ, task order, or similar contract environments.
• Working knowledge of DoD logistics, sustainment operations, and expeditionary mission support.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and lifecycle management for complex logistics, sustainment, engineering, and mission support initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive Project Plans (PPs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), transition strategies, onboarding plans, and project closeout activities.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while monitoring cost, schedule, scope, quality, risk, and overall program performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities involving logistics, supply chain, engineering, facilities, deployment, training, and technology integration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers, internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and technical teams throughout project execution.
