Job summary

Anglicotech, LLC seeks a Journeyman Freight Coordinator to support planning, analysis, and execution of USINDOPACOM freight movements. The role requires coordination with government partners, contractors, and planners to optimize multimodal transportation and ensure compliance with regulations.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least three years in logistics or transportation management, and US citizenship with a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, freight coordination, or transportation management.
• Proficiency with standard logistics planning tools and systems.
• Understanding of multimodal transportation solutions (air, sea, and land).
• Knowledge of domestic and international transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating logistics and freight movement plans, schedules, and basic contingency strategies aligned with Plans.
• Conduct routine analyses of transportation networks and provide improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, contractors, and planners to identify transportation requirements.
• Ensure movement adheres to domestic and international regulations, including safety and customs.
• Contribute to planning multimodal solutions to address chokepoints and A2/AD challenges.
• Support reception, inbound processing, staging, and onward movement of freight at PODs.
• Verify shipment documentation and maintain accountability for freight.
• Monitor and track freight to ensure timely delivery and IT visibility.
• Support storage management and safeguarding of sensitive materials.
