Job summary

Anglicotech, LLC seeks a Senior Movement Control Supervisor to lead transportation, storage, and distribution across the Indo-Pacific region. Requires advanced expertise in logistics, with military/government experience preferred to support SOCPAC missions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in military or government‑related logistics operations, preferably in the Pacific region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reception, staging, and onward movement at designated PODs.
• Coordinate with transportation providers, customs, and host-nation partners for smooth operations.
• Monitor movements to ensure timely delivery and integration into operations.
• Coordinate assets to move resources to final destinations, including contested environments.
• Address challenges like limited assets and degraded infrastructure.

We are seeking a Senior Movement Control Supervisor with immediate availability to lead transportation, storage, and distribution operations across the Indo-Pacific region. The role requires advanced expertise in logistics, transportation management, and movement control, with a preference for candidates experienced in military or government operations in the Pacific. The supervisor oversees complex logistics and transportation activities that support Special Operations Command Pacific’s (SOCPAC) mission, ensuring operational readiness, enabling distributed operations, and strengthening partnerships. By managing movement control and reception and staging processes, the supervisor enables rapid deployment, sustainment, and timely distribution of resources across the Indo-Pacific.

This position is critical to achieving the agility, responsiveness, and resilience needed for logistics and sustainment in contested and expeditionary environments and offers a unique opportunity to directly support mission‑critical operations throughout the Pacific.

• Melbourne, Australia - $160,406 - $203,181
• Guam - $128,325 - $162,545

• Philippines (Subic Bay area) - $105,093 - $133,118

Responsibilities:

Logistics Planning and Coordination

• Develop and implement logistics strategies and movement control plans in coordination with government stakeholders and mission partners.
• Analyze distribution networks to optimize movement control operations.
• Ensure alignment with Operations Plans (OPLANs), Contingency Plans (CONPLANs), and Campaign Plans.
• Prepare and maintain movement control schedules and contingency plans to meet operational requirements.
• Collaborate with government agencies, mission partners, and host‑nation entities to ensure seamless movement operations.
• Lead emergent planning and support rapid deployment of mission‑critical supplies during crises or contingencies.
• Optimize transportation routes and schedules to improve efficiency across the region.

Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration (RSOI) Support

• Oversee the reception, staging, and onward movement of personnel, equipment, and supplies at designated Ports of Debarkation (PODs).
• Coordinate with transportation providers, customs officials, and host‑nation partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and track movements to ensure timely delivery and integration into operational environments.
• Coordinate transportation assets to move resources efficiently to final destinations, including in contested or degraded environments.
• Address logistical challenges such as limited assets, competing priorities, and degraded infrastructure.

Distribution and Transportation Management

• Manage the scheduling and routing of transportation assets using multimodal solutions (e.g., air, sea, and land).
• Monitor and address disruptions in transportation and distribution networks, ensuring continuity of operations in dynamic and challenging environments.
• Manage the scheduling and routing of transportation assets to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
• Maintain detailed records of transportation and distribution activities and provide regular updates to leadership.

Security Clearance:

• US Citizenship required; must possess a Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics, transportation management, or movement control.
• At least 5 years of experience in military or government‑related logistics operations, preferably in the Pacific region supporting SOCPAC or other USINDOPACOM components.
• Proficiency in logistics planning tools and systems.
• Strong understanding of multimodal transportation solutions (air, sea, and land).
• Knowledge of domestic and international transportation regulations.

Preferred Additional Skills:
