AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to plan, organize and coordinate daily transportation services for PACE participants. You will work closely with the Transportation clerk, dispatcher and driver to schedule needs and ensure timely transport.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year coordinating a program, healthcare experience, EHR familiarity, and bilingual capability when required by location. A valid BLS is preferred.

• Minimum 1 year experience coordinating a program.
• Experience in health care or geriatrics preferred.
• EHR familiarity preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese preferred by location.

Job Overview

The transportation coordinator plans, organizes, and coordinates the daily transportation services of AltaMed PACE participants. The Transportation Coordinator works closely with the Transportation clerk, dispatcher, and driver in scheduling and coordinating the transportation needs of PACE participants.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Minimum 1-year experience in coordinating a program.
• Experience working in the health care field and/or geriatrics setting required.
• Electronic Health Records preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation

Compensation $25.75 - $32.19 hourly
