Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to plan, organize, and coordinate daily transportation services for PACE participants.

You will work closely with the Transportation Clerk, Dispatcher, and Driver to schedule transportation needs and ensure smooth operations. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year coordinating a program, and healthcare/geriatrics experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience coordinating a program.
• Experience in health care or geriatrics preferred.
• Electronic Health Records preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate daily transportation services for AltaMed PACE participants.
• Collaborate with the transportation clerk, dispatcher and driver to schedule transportation needs.
