Job summary

Element Care PACE in Boston, MA seeks a full-time nurse to join the Interdisciplinary Team. You will plan, implement, and evaluate care plans to help frail elders live safely in the community. Mandarin or Cantonese speaking preferred, with schedule M-F 8am-4pm and strong benefits.

You will provide direct nursing care, perform assessments, coordinate medications, and educate participants and caregivers. You will work with the team to ensure high-quality care and compliance with PACE standards.

Qualifications
