Job summary

CarePartners Health Services in Asheville, NC seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the PACE team. You will provide holistic, participant-centered care to older adults, helping them maintain independence while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required, RN license, and BLS certification with First Aid.
• RN license required.
• 1 year experience with frail or elderly.
• 3 years nursing management in community home-based setting preferred.

Responsibilities
