AltaMed Health Services Corp is seeking a PACE Care Center Supervisor to support all operational areas at the assigned PACE site, including clinical support, participant care, and care coordination.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, 2+ years in a supervisory role in healthcare, and bilingual abilities as site location dictates; a valid BLS card is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Gerontology, Health Care Administration or other health care discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisor or management position in healthcare or related field required.
• Experience working with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, therapy and gerontology disciplines; bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all operational areas at the assigned PACE site, including clinical support, participant personal care, administrative duties and care coordination.
• Contribute to staff selection, budgeting, process improvement and collaboration with internal and external resources.
