Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a Program Director to lead the PACE center within the assigned region. You will drive strategic and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, coordinated elder care in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include overseeing program operations, budgets, KPIs, and audits, while collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare operations, program management, or related roles (leadership preferred).
• Experience with PACE or home care operations is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the PACE center in the assigned region.
• Develop and implement plans to grow the program while ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the program support team and manage budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align program goals with organizational strategy.
• Build relationships with community providers and regulatory agencies to support growth and integration.
