Job summary

AltaMed Health Services in California seeks a PACE Program Coordinator to synchronize operations for Growth & Expansion of PACE programs, including managing plans, calendars, dashboards, and budgets.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care, and Organizational Management, at least 2 years of overall experience, and preferred PMP/PMI credentials. The role requires the ability to commute to Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care, and Organizational Management required.
• Minimum of 2 years of overall experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis/project management preferred.
• Certified Associate in Project Management or Project Management Professional preferred.
• Experience in health care process improvement, data analysis, project management training, or business integration is highly preferred.
• Current license, insurance, vehicle, and the ability to commute to Los Angeles & Orange Counties and other PACE expansions.

Responsibilities

• The PACE Program Coordinator position is responsible for the synchronization of all operations involved in the successful completion of PACE programs related to Growth & Expansion.
• Includes maintaining project plans, calendars, dashboards, and activities in addition to assisting with the budget and keeping abreast of regulatory guidelines as applicable to PACE programs.
