Midland Care Connection in northeast Kansas is seeking an Outside Clinic Appointment Scheduler for the PACE Program. You will coordinate medical visits, therapy sessions, transportation, and follow-up care, ensuring timely and organized services for elderly participants.

Responsibilities include communicating with patients, caregivers, physicians, nurses, and other staff; maintaining accurate scheduling records; verifying patient information; and supporting efficient clinic operations to provide

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of medical scheduling or healthcare admin experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and scheduling procedures.
• Proficient with EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
• HIPAA compliance awareness.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
