Job summary

InnovAge is seeking experienced healthcare-centric sales professionals to expand the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) across territories. You will cultivate community referrals, educate healthcare providers about PACE services, and aim to enroll 8 eligible participants per month.

Under the supervision of the Regional Sales Director, the Outreach Specialist drives referrals to support enrollment goals, using Salesforce CRM and field-based strategies to grow the book of

Qualifications

• Experience in post-acute, senior, and managed care settings.
• Self-starter with results-driven approach to enroll participants.
• Ability to educate referral sources about InnovAge PACE services.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly enrollment quotas (6–8 per territory).
• Prospect new accounts and cultivate referral sources.
• Maintain CRM records of activities and outcomes.
• Deliver effective presentations to referral sources.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to achieve census targets.
