Job summary

InnovAge Holding Corp. seeks an Outreach Specialist to drive growth for the PACE program across designated territories, cultivating referral sources and educating on InnovAge PACE services to enroll eligible participants.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will execute the sales plan, maintain CRM records, and deliver proposals. Base salary plus commission supports an OTE of $97,000–$107,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare-savvy sales in post-acute or managed care settings.
• Ability to educate referral sources on PACE services and convert to enrollment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory sales plan to exceed enrollment quotas (6-8 enrollments/month).
• Prospect new accounts and educate referral sources about InnovAge PACE.
• Maintain CRM with calls, meetings, and results in real time.
• Develop proposals and presentations for referral sources.
• Report regularly on goal attainment and performance.
