Job summary

InnovAge is expanding its PACE program and seeks an Outreach Specialist to drive community referrals and enroll participants in designated territories.

Under the Regional Sales Director, you will manage end-to-end sales activities, build relationships with healthcare providers, plan calls, and deliver compelling presentations. A base salary plus commission, with OTE targets, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-acute, senior, and managed care settings.
• Ability to enroll 8 eligible participants per month.
• Proven sales approach with referrals and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plans to exceed enrollment quotas.
• Develops territory strategy and education of PACE services.
• Prospects new accounts and nurtures referral sources.
• Maintains CRM records and manages accounts for referrals.
• Delivers proposals and presentations to referral sources.
