Talent-Connect-Now is seeking an Executive Director to lead a PACE program with responsibility for strategic direction, operations, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and growth. The role requires building a high-performing leadership team and ensuring exceptional participant-centered care.

The Executive Director will drive partnerships, oversee enrollment growth, ensure CMS/DHCS compliance, and manage budgets and revenue cycles to sustain program operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare programs or senior care initiatives.
• Knowledge of CMS, DHCS, HIPAA, OSHA regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, clinical and administrative leadership for the PACE program.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, reimbursement and revenue cycle management.
• Recruit, develop and retain high-performing leadership teams.
• Represent the organization with healthcare partners and regulatory agencies.
