Job summary

Edenbridge Health in Washington, DC seeks an Executive Director to launch and lead the PACE4DC program, guiding strategic direction, operations, and partnerships. This role reports to the PACE4DC Board and focuses on growing a community-based, high-quality care program for frail elderly.

The position emphasizes strong community engagement, operational excellence, and advocacy, with ongoing collaboration across partners, geriatricians, and project managers.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership in a PACE or similar program.
• Knowledge of District of Columbia policy and government preferred.
• Track record of program growth or turn-around.
• 3+ years serving frail or elderly populations.
• 5+ years of management and program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead planning, leadership, development, operations, and growth for the PACE program with a focus on outcomes.
• Build strong, enduring relationships with community organizations and leaders within the service area.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective health care services aligned with the mission, vision, values, and goals of PACE4DC.
• Seek opportunities for enhancement and efficiencies; identify opportunities for program sustainability while adhering to the mission of PACE4DC.
• Develop the budget and present to the Board; physician and interdepartmental relations; provider network development; personnel management; marketing; and community, participant relations, and program evaluation.
• Lead advocacy efforts at the local and national level; participate in conferences and advocacy activities; create opportunities to collaborate with policy-focused organizations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and licensing, accreditation, and certification requirements of all departments.
• Provide support and direction to Board of Directors in strategic planning, policy-making, and oversight; ensure robust strategic and business plans.
