Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking an Enrollment Development Specialist I (EDS I) to support marketing efforts for the PACE program. The role focuses on building relationships with stakeholders and increasing awareness and enrollment in an underserved community setting.

The candidate will conduct events, identify referral sources, and serve as the initial contact representing PACE to seniors while ensuring compliance with laws and AltaMed standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare, business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of direct business or consumer outreach/marketing/sales experience required.
• Experience with senior adults and underserved populations preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English or English/ Mandarin/Cantonese or Vietnamese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct marketing events to increase PACE awareness within assigned geographical area.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, providers, and community-based organizations to generate qualified leads.
• Increase census for assigned PACE location and be primary contact representing PACE to the senior population.
