Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. in Los Angeles is seeking an Enrollment Development Specialist I (EDS I) to support marketing efforts for the PACE program.

You will conduct marketing events to raise PACE awareness and build relationships with providers and community organizations, serving as the main contact for seniors in diverse communities. The role focuses on increasing center census by identifying referral sources, generating leads, scheduling tours, and qualifying enrollments while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct business or consumer outreach/marketing/sales experience.
• Experience working with senior adults and underserved populations preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English, English/Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese, or English/Vietnamese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct marketing events to raise PACE awareness in assigned area.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, providers and community organizations.
• Be the initial primary contact representing PACE to the senior population in diverse communities.
• Identify new referral sources, generate leads, schedule site tours, and procure qualified enrollments.
