Job summary

Trinity Health PACE offers a full-time driver role focused on safely transporting participants, delivering meals and essential supplies, and keeping vehicles clean. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend work and requires a valid license and clean driving record.

You will report safety issues to the Transportation Manager and participate in ongoing orientation and development. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care for elderly participants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend work.
• Minimum one year experience with elderly or frail populations preferred.
• Safe driving history of at least five years.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport PACE participants, prioritizing safety and comfort.
• Adhere to schedules and adjust for participant needs.
• Operate vehicles in compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide assistance to participants during boarding and disembarking.
• Discuss needs and concerns with appropriate team members.
