Job summary

Trinity Health PACE is seeking a Full-time Driver for the Day Shift at St Mary PACE. The role focuses on the safe, timely transport of participants, meals, equipment, and pharmacy items, while keeping the vehicle clean and compliant with safety standards.

Responsibilities include following the schedule, communicating changes to the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring participant comfort and safety during transport.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license in good standing required.
• CDL with passenger endorsement required for vehicles over 15 passengers.
• Minimum one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population.

Responsibilities

• Transport PACE participants safely and on schedule.
• Follow assigned timetable and communicate changes to the department leader.
• Operate vehicle safely per licensing regulations.
• Transport participants to medical appointments and activities as requested.
• Transport meals, equipment, and pharmacy items as needed.
• Provide physical assistance to participants during boarding and de-boarding.

Skills
