Job summary

Golden Valley Health Centers in Modesto, CA, seeks a PACE Compliance and Safety Specialist to ensure CMS and state regulation adherence, monitor safety protocols, and support continuous improvement across the PACE program. Qualifications

• CA driver’s license, clean driving record and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to organize and manage large volumes of data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with accurate records.
• Knowledge of safety and infection control in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with CMS and state regulations and PACE policies.
• Conduct audits and inspections of safety and compliance protocols.
• Manage SDAG: track, audit, trend and analyze data for improvements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to process SDAG requests within CMS timelines.
• Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory agencies.
