Job summary

Central Valley PACE is seeking a Health Plan Specialist to support data analysis, reporting, and modeling of health plan operations. This role handles monthly and ad hoc reporting, and assists in preparing pro formas from historical, comparative, and projection data while ensuring compliance with CMS and DHCS requirements.

Qualifications

• Analytical ability and problem solving demonstrated.
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in CMS and DHCS regulatory compliance.
• Prepare Medicare/Medicaid cost reports and related docs.
• Respond to CMS/DHCS inquiries and submissions.
• Perform data analysis to support decision making.
• Support regulatory audits and SOP updates.
