Job summary

Habitat Health empowers older adults through the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), delivering coordinated medical and social care in homes and communities. The Senior Compliance Auditor will manage CMS and State audits for PACE compliance, drive audit readiness, and champion a culture of compliance across the organization.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of healthcare audit experience and an active RN license, with preferred familiarity with PACE, DHCS, CMS, and Epic.

• Minimum 3 years healthcare audit experience and active RN license.
• Experience with PACE compliance, DHCS, CMS, and Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMS and State Administering Agency audits for PACE compliance.
• Ensure audit readiness and serve as point with audit teams.
• Champion compliance culture across the organization.
• Monitor audit universe data and review policies and procedures.
• Develop corrective action plans and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Population Health and Practice Operations on audit impacts.
