Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under nursing supervision.
• Record vital signs and complete routine tasks such as intake and outputs.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients and transport as needed.
• Reinforce patient teaching initiated by the RN.
• Maintain clean and orderly patient areas and equipment.
• Assist with ADLs and companionship; accompany medical appointments.
