Job summary

Vista Community Clinic is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily living assistance and safety support for participants. You will aid licensed nursing associates, respond to call lights, and help with activities of daily living while maintaining privacy and comfort.

The role requires CNA certification or completion of an accredited vocational nursing assistant course, at least 1 year of care experience, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited vocational nursing assistant course with CNA certificate.
• 1 year hospital or comparable participant care experience.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Meet participant’s personal hygiene and basic needs with care.
• Assist activities of daily living and mobility.
• Respond promptly to call lights and fulfill requests.
• Support non-sterile procedures and maintain safety.
• Maintain privacy and prepare supplies for participant care.
• Record data accurately on forms and follow guidelines.
• Observe changes in condition and report to staff.
• Maintain unit cleanliness and equipment areas.
