Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver attentive care to our residents in a warm, home-like setting. You will assist with daily living activities, document care, and report health changes to the team, while offering emotional support and meaningful engagement.

Requirements include a valid CNA license; prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience is preferred but not required. Dementia experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed
