• ADN required from an accredited nursing program
• RN license in state of practice required
• 3+ years of clinical nursing in geriatrics/long-term care/home health/hospice/PACE
• Experience assessing, validating, and documenting nursing competencies
• Experience in staff development, education, training or organizational learning
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations
• Prior PACE program experience preferred
• Knowledge of CMS regulations and survey readiness
• Experience with EMR systems and training

Position Summary:

The PACE Clinical Educator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering education and training programs that support employee onboarding, competency development, regulatory compliance, and ongoing professional growth across the PACE organization.

This position partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to provide safe, high-quality, participant-centered care. This role functions as a shared resource supporting both Care Guide Partners and Bluegrass Care Navigators PACE Programs, ensuring standardized education, regulatory compliance, and consistent employee development across both affiliates.

Position Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state(s) of practice required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in geriatrics, long-term care, home health, hospice, PACE, or a related healthcare setting required.
• Experience assessing, validating, and documenting nursing competencies and clinical skills required.
• Experience in staff development, education, training, clinical education, workforce development, or organizational learning.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Prior PACE program experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness.
• Experience with EMR systems and training.
