Job summary

Los Angeles Jewish Health seeks a Clinic Assistant for the West LA PACE program. You will manage front desk duties, coordinate home care services, and support the RN supervisor in a busy clinic environment.

Responsibilities include EMR documentation, supply orders, and active participation in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure high-quality patient care and seamless communication with families and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CPR (BLS) and first aid certification; TB screening and health exam required.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Experience with frail or elderly; fast-paced clinic experience preferred.
• Strong organization and customer service; ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provides front desk coverage and handles phone triage promptly and politely.
• Coordinates faxing of documents and assists with rooming participants.
• Assists RN clinic supervisor and supports clinic staff as needed.
• Orders all supplies for the Clinic and home care; manages stocking.
• Reviews pre-op checklists and coordinates home care services.
• Documents interactions and ordered services in the EMR.
• Participates in Interdisciplinary Team meetings and quality activities.
