Job summary

All Seniors Foundation seeks a dependable Medical Assistant for the NPMD clinic in Los Angeles. This in-person role supports patient intake, vitals, room preparation, and daily clinic flow, with pay of $20 per hour and a schedule that can be full-time or part-time based on clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Medical assistant training or clinic experience preferred.
• Comfort taking vitals and documenting patient information.
• Professional bedside manner with older adults and families.
• Ability to multitask while keeping patient safety and privacy first.
• Bilingual language skills helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for the provider visit.
• Collect and document vital signs, history updates, medication updates, and visit notes as directed.
• Prepare exam rooms, supplies, forms, and equipment for the day.
• Support basic clinical and administrative tasks within training and provider direction.
• Assist with follow-up communication, referrals, lab coordination, and patient instructions when assigned.
• Maintain clean, organized, and patient-ready work areas.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA-minded documentation habits.
