Job summary

VALIR PACE LLC seeks a compassionate Long Term Care Aide to assist in delivering patient-centered care in our facility in Shawnee. You will follow established treatment plans and collaborate with a diverse care team to support participants in need.

Requirements include a valid Long Term Care Aide Certification; Home Health Aide preferred; CPR certification and strong English communication are essential, with bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese skills viewed as a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Long Term Care Aide Certification
• Home Health Aide certification preferred
• CPR Certification
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs various duties assisting in the treatment and care of participants in accordance with the established methods and procedures of the facility and the participant’s plan of care.
